Olivia Wilde is addressing Spit Gate.
In her interview on The Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert in New York City on Wednesday (September 21), the 38-year-old director / actress spoke to Stephen about the controversy surrounding her boyfriend Harry Styles and his Don’t Worry Darling co-star Chris Pine.
In case you missed it, SpitGate is the incident where it appeared that Harry spat on Chris at the Venice Film Festival while premiering their movie.
Olivia was sitting right next to Chris at the event and saw what really happened.
She declared to Stephen:
“People will look for drama anywhere they can.”
And Olivia went on to definitively state:
“Harry did not spit on Chris, in fact.”
