Olivia Wilde had a pretty interesting outfit at the recent wedding of her friends – and she got a lot of people talking about it!
The 39-year-old Don’t Worry Darling director and actress revealed that she attended the nuptials of Colton Underwood and Jordan C. Brown clad in a white dress from Nile Lotan. Colton and Jordan were wed over the weekend, and Olivia shared her look on social media.
After fans saw what she wore, they called her out for wearing a wedding dress to another person’s wedding.
Now, Olivia is opening up about the backlash. She explained her reasoning behind her choice of outfit, saying that she “wore a wedding dress to a wedding so I could make a joke about it in my toast.”
She shared this on her Instagram Story, and when fans continued to express their disapproval, Olivia added:
“The grooms approved.”
She also shared a photo of her hugging and congratulating the happy newlyweds.
