Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken their $52M marital mansion off the market once more. The move comes months after they tried to get a buyer with an $8M price cut. The exes purchased the Beverly Hills property in May 2023 for $60.9M, less than a year after they married. One year later, they put the lavish abode back on the market, and it was revealed that they had split soon after.

Rob Schneider’s marriage is over. The 62-year-old comedian’s wife, Patricia Maya Schneider, has filed for divorce, saying their union is ‘irretrievably broken with no possibility of reconciliation.’ The two first met on the set of a TV show in 2007. They wed four years later in April 2011.
