Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, is making a change to his real estate portfolio. The 50-year-old therapist is selling his New York City apartment for $1.5M. He bought the Seaport property, spanning over 1200 sq ft, back in 2015 for just under $1.3M.
