Chris Evans Finds Buyer For LA Home
Chris Evans has landed a buyer for his idyllic Los Angeles property, two months after returning the dwelling to the market. The Captain America star first listed the sprawling abode in May 2025 for $6.99M, delisting it in November of the same year and then re-listing it in June for $6.39M. Chris has owned the 1940’s-era home since 2013, when he purchased it for $3.52M.
