Ricky Martin Sells His NYC Home
Ricky Martin has finally sold his Upper East Side property. The Latin icon’s NYC home has been on and off the market since 2017, when it was first listed for $8.4M. The 4-br, 4.5-bath abode was purchased for $6.45M, which has been it’s last listed asking price as of September. Ricky bought the seventh-floor residence in 2012 for $5.9M.
