Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are officially married, and the wedding was every bit as elegant and joy-filled as fans hoped. After a year-long engagement—they got engaged in December 2024—the couple exchanged vows in a picture-perfect ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday, September 27.

The bride dazzled in a custom hand-draped satin halter-neck gown with delicate embroidery, carrying a small bouquet of lily of the valley. Designed by Ralph Lauren, the gown featured a graceful low back and sweeping silk train. Longtime collaborator Petra Collins captured Gomez’s radiant look in a series of striking photos. Benny complemented her classic style in a black Ralph Lauren tuxedo, while Selena’s accessories included platinum-and-diamond Tiffany & Co. earrings.

Selena’s glam team kept things effortlessly chic: stylist Erin Walsh pulled together the timeless Ralph Lauren ensemble, nail artist Tom Bachik created her signature “toasted mani,” and hairstylist Renato Campora gave the bride a sleek, Old Hollywood-inspired bob.

The wedding weekend began with a cozy rehearsal dinner Friday night at a private estate in Hope Ranch, set against the scenic Santa Ynez Mountains. The next day, the lush Sea Crest Nursery became the backdrop for a celebration with around 170 close friends and family. White tents and dreamy florals set the scene for a night of food, dancing, and heartfelt speeches.

The guest list was as star-studded as their love story. Taylor Swift—Selena’s best friend—was there, along with Ed Sheeran, Paul Rudd, and Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin. “Marty [Short] is due to give a speech,” Selena had teased on The Drew Barrymore Show, adding, “Steve [Martin] will probably pull out his banjo”—though that charming detail remains unconfirmed.

According to People, the reception featured touching toasts from Swift, Sheeran, Selena’s mom Mandy Teefey and stepdad Brian Teefey, and Benny’s parents, Sandra and Andrew Levin. “At the reception, everyone was letting loose and celebrating them well into the night. The vibe was so much fun. They were glowing all night, and both Selena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room,” the outlet reported.

Their romance began publicly in December 2023, but their professional ties run deeper. Benny produced several of Selena’s hits, including “Same Old Love,” “Kill Em with Kindness,” and the 2019 collaboration “I Can’t Get Enough.” In 2023 he produced her single “Single Soon,” and earlier this year they released a joint album, I Said I Love You First, followed by the deluxe I Said I Love You First… and You Said It Back.

Selena’s stunning six-carat marquise-cut diamond engagement ring made waves when they announced their engagement. She celebrated her bachelorette in Cabo with close girlfriends, while Benny enjoyed a Vegas send-off. Now, after a weekend brimming with music, laughter, and love, forever officially begins for Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco.
