After 47 days in North American theaters, Spider-Man: Brand New Day crossed $936.77 million in domestic receipts, officially eclipsing the long-standing $936.66 million record set by Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015 to become the highest-grossing film in U.S. and Canadian box office history.
The fourth standalone outing starring Tom Holland as the web-slinger achieved the historic milestone in rapid fashion. Globally, Brand New Day stands at an astounding $2.452 billion, cementing its position as the third highest-grossing motion picture of all time, trailing only Avatar ($2.92 billion) and Avengers: Endgame ($2.799 billion).
