In what might be the most inspiring display of modern family unity Hollywood has ever seen, Tobey Maguire didn’t just attend his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer’s dream wedding over the weekend—he officially married the couple!
The 51-year-old Spider-Man icon stepped up to officiate as Meyer, a 49-year-old celebrity jewelry designer, exchanged vows with music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii on Sunday, October 11.
The serene tropical ceremony carried extra significance: it took place just weeks after Maguire and Meyer’s long-standing divorce was legally finalized on September 21, officially concluding a chapter that began when they initially separated back in 2016 after nine years of marriage.
The star-studded guest list read like a Hollywood A-list roll call. Among those watching Maguire lead the nuptials were close friend Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos, Kate Hudson and fiancé Danny Fujikawa, Courteney Cox, and stylist Rachel Zoe.
Meyer looked stunning in a classic strapless white bridal gown and floor-length veil, while Ogunlesi looked sharp in a traditional black tuxedo and bow tie. The couple’s blended family was front and center throughout the weekend: Maguire and Meyer’s two children, Ruby (19) and Otis (17), participated in the ceremony alongside the infant daughter Meyer and Ogunlesi welcomed together in May 2026.
Despite their romantic split a decade ago, Meyer and Maguire have continuously prioritized an ultra-supportive friendship. In a heartwarming interview in December 2025, Meyer opened up about how seamless their dynamic had become, describing Maguire as her absolute best friend and praising the close brotherhood that formed between Maguire and her new husband:
“The cutest part is Tobey and my fiance, Geoff, love each other so much,” Meyer shared at the time.
With deep mutual affection and genuine respect guiding their path, the Maguire-Meyer-Ogunlesi family is proving that love doesn’t end when a marriage changes shape—it simply expands.
