Trace Cyrus is opening up about his fitness journey.
The 33-year-old musician, older brother to Miley and Noah, took to social media to share his big accomplishment with fans.
He shared a comparison side by side on Twitter, writing:
“The picture on the left is what I looked like at the end of last year.”
Trace went on to share how he was suffering mentally at the time:
“I was mentally destroyed & it really affected my physical health.
The pic on the right is me now. Your mindset is everything. It can be your greatest asset or your worst enemy. F*** motivation. Stay dedicated!”
Trace has been documenting his fitness journey for a while, uploading photos on Instagram of before, during, and after his workouts. Only a few months ago he returned to the platform after a two-month break, saying then that he’d “been super focused lately on my physical & mental health.”
