Nicki Minaj is kicking off the new year with a big dose of cuteness overload – she’s sharing uber adorable photos of her little bundle of joy for the first time.
Nicki and husband Kenneth Petty welcomed their first child together at the end of September, but the “Barbie Dreams” rapper only shared photos of his tiny little feet at the time.
Three months later, her little man, whom she calls “Papa Bear,” has already got major swag – he’s rocking Fendi, Burberry, Versace and Gucci threads, not to mention some major bling.
Nicki shared a slide show of photos of her son on Saturday (January 2), captioned, “#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mama 🎀🦄🙏”
“Wishing you guys a happy & prosperous New Year,” she continued. “Thank you for your love & support throughout this journey. It’s meant so much to me.”
“Becoming a mom is by far the most fulfilling job I’ve ever taken on. Sending love to all the superhero mothers out there,” she added, and also sent “big hugs to all the women who have been pregnant during this challenging time.”
Although the new mom hasn’t shared his little boy’s name with fans, she did reveal that she almost named him Ninja during an intimate chat with fans on her fan radio on Friday (January 1).
“You know what his name was supposed to be? I think l might still change it,” she shared. “A lot of people said they liked it, but I said, ‘Nah.’ His name was going to be Ninja.”
“I changed it at the last minute,” she added.
