Olivia Wilde is opening up about some of the things she’s learned over the past year.

There’s been a lot of changes in the Don’t Worry Darling director’s life over the past year – including splitting with Jason Sudeikis, with whom she shares two children, and a hot new romance with Harry Styles.

Olivia and Harry first sparked dating speculations earlier this year when they were photographed attending a wedding together. They’ve since been spotted together on numerous occasions, packing on the PDA and looking very much like a loved-up couple over the past months.

While neither have publicly addressed their romance, the 37-year-old actress seemingly alluded to her relationship in a recent interview with Vogue.

“What this past year has taught me is the most valuable thing we have in life is time and the freedom with which to spend it the way you want to and with the people you want to,” Olivia told the magazine. “I think that it really affects your health. The way that you view your time affects your health and choosing to spend time focusing on your family, on people you love, on your health and exercise.”

In recent months, Olivia has very clearly shown how much she values her beau despite their busy schedules – she was there to support Harry as he kicked off his Love On Tour show in Las Vegas last month where an eyewitness spotted her looking “so happy and dancing all night”; and has since been spotted sporting Harry’s concert merch.

The mom-of-two stars in True Botanicals’ latest campaign, where she made headlines by posing nude in the eco campaign as a means to refute the perception that “responsibility and sustainability are inherently rational and boring.”

“I wanted to capture and show that sustainability is sexy,” she said in a statement.

Talking to Vogue, she also opened up about loving her body even more after becoming a mother. “I am someone who has had two babies, I’m in my late thirties, and I love my body now more than I ever have.”
