Pete Davidson is getting real about his love life.
Through the years, the 29-year-old SNL alum has been in the news for his very high-profile relationships. Pete was briefly engaged to Ariana Grande. He has also dated, among others, Kate Beckinsale, Emily Ratajkowski, and Kim Kardashian. He is currently in a relationship with Chase Sui Wonders.
In a recent appearance on the Real Ones With Jon Berthnal podcast, Pete made some rare comments about his ex-girlfriends and admitted that he does not understand why people are so obsessed with his romantic pursuits.
He said about his love life:
“I’m in my 20s and I’ve dated people. And for some reason, that’s very crazy and interesting to people. I don’t think it’s interesting.”
Pete declared that his number of exes is not “interesting,” saying:
“I’ve been in show business for, like, half my life almost – for 14 or 15 years and on a national TV show.
In 12 years I’ve dated 10 people. I don’t think that’s that crazy, but to some people, that’s very interesting. That became all anyone would talk about.”
He added that it’s “confusing” for him that people are so invested in his romances:
“I’m not, like, flexing, you know what I mean? And these people that I’ve dated, I met them at work.
I wasn’t in anyone’s DMs, no one was in mine. I worked at one of the five Hollywood epicenters of where you meet people and that’s how it happened.”
