Pink is putting her Malibu Beach house on the market – just three months after buying it!
The “Get The Party Started” singer and husband Carey Hart bought the newly-renovated oceanfront property in June for $13.7 Million, paying $200,000 over the original asking price of $13.5 Million.
The previous owner, who bought it at $8.7 Million last year, apparently made a huge profit from that deal. It appears property value in that area continues to skyrocket. According to Dirt.com, Pink is looking to sell the five-bedroom home at $14.995 Million.
With a total of 4,320 square feet of living space, the split-level home boasts glass walls and terraces with magnificent views of the sea and comes with a 2-car garage with a one-bedroom guest apartment with kitchenette above it. It also has a courtyard with retractable shade that contains an al-fresco dining area, a seating lounge, and a hot tub.
The main house features breezy, modern interiors, with the living room getting the double-height ceiling treatment on the side of the house with the best views. It opens out to an outdoor patio with a round al-fresco dining set.
The formal dining room is right off the kitchen, which also has an eat-in counter and breakfast nook for more casual meals.
The master suite is located right above the living room and comes with its own terrace positioned to soak up those sunset views. It also boasts a fitted walk-in closet, and an en suite with dual vanities as well as a spa-style bath set by the window to make the most of the ocean vistas.
Despite being located on a sought-after street in the area, the home is kept private with a secure gate and olive trees keeping the main house hidden seen from the streets.
Here’s a fun fact: Pink’s Malibu digs previously belonged to another famous musician – Barry Manilow, who sold it back in 2012.
