Renee Zellweger has listed her hacienda-style mountaintop retreat on the market.

Dubbed Glory Point, the four-bedroom home and its surrounding 9.79-acre land is located in Topanga, California – a mountainous area between Malibu and Calabasas. Originally purchased at $3.35 Million, it’s been part of the Oscar-winning actress’ real estate portfolio for 6 and a half years. And she’s looking to sell it for $5,999,999.

The structure was originally built in 2002, but Renee recently undertook what the listing describes as a “down to the studs rebuild,” which was only recently completed.

With 4,414 square feet of living space, the single-story home features Venetian plaster arches and authentic Spanish floor tiles, and wood-beamed ceilings that give off a casual, rustic vibe. Several rooms are dedicated as living and entertainment spaces including the kitchen, which also doubles as a family room, a small office/library, a cozy den, and a living room that boasts a grand floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows offer relaxing mountain views surrounding the area.

All the bedrooms come with outside access. The master bathroom, luxuriously appointed in wood and marble, comes with a shower area and a free-standing bathtub.

The back porch spans the length of the house’s rear and is sectioned with multiple seating areas – including one with a fire pit. It leads out to a stone terrace outfitted with an infinity pool built on the edge, which takes advantage of the panoramic views of the canyons and mountains around the place. There’s also an in-ground spa nearby. Bougainvillea, along with a variety of trees, shrubs, and other greenery – both potted and planted in soil beds – provide a lush landscape around the home.
