Originally purchased at $3.35 Million, it’s been part of the Oscar-winning actress’ real estate portfolio for 6 and a half years. And she’s looking to sell it for $5,999,999.
The structure was originally built in 2002, but Renee recently undertook what the listing describes as a “down to the studs rebuild,” which was only recently completed.
