Ruby Rose is moving out of her stylish mid-century modern Sherman Oaks home – and saying goodbye to its magnificent birds-eye hilltop views – and into a much larger space.

The 35-year-old actress sold her former digs last month – and made a cool $300,000 in the process. Her new Los Angeles outpost in Valley Viilage is a nearly new single-story modern farmhouse with 3,138 square feet of living space, almost a thousand square feet more than her previous home. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home also one feature that appears to be very much in demand ever since the pandemic began – a backyard pool.

Although it was originally built in 1948, the house went through a complete makeover in 2017 and now boast tons of celebrity-worthy features like recessed LED lights, oak floors imported from Europe, a chic modern kitchen with quartz countertops, and smart home capability. And no celebrity home is complete without security measures, which are covered by eight security cameras and a sophisticated alarm system.

The house appears quaint from the street with its white-washed fence and small front garden, but opens up out back, making the most of the 7,200-square-foot lot. Her new digs bring her a lot closer to the Hollywood production studios around Burbank, too!

The price tag? $2.6 Million.

Ruby is among the latest celebrities to buy into the modern farmhouse craze that seems to be taking Hollywood stars by storm. Demi Lovato bought herself one last year – so did Tristan Thompson, Kristen Ritter, Mena Massoud, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden, and Madison Beer.

Right now, Ruby’s Valley Village home is mostly done up in neutral décor, but given the design aesthetics of her old home – rooms decked out in colorful wallpaper plus an artful mix of vintage, modern, and tribal décor – we won’t be surprised if she puts her own spin on the property.

Congrats on your new home, Ruby!
