Scooter Braun is fresh off landing his new $65 Million dollar digs but he’s already started to earn back the money he spent.

The famed manager of music superstars like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato and more just sold one of his properties – a historic Montecito estate in an off-market deal.

What’s more, records show he made a huge profit from the sale. He landed the property seven years ago for $10.9 Million, and sold it for a whopping $28 Million!

The almost 8,000 square foot home has been around for over a century, and features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. The 4.6-acre lot also includes a grand driveway, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a poolhouse, and is lined with several ancient oak trees on the premises.

The home has actually been featured in Architecture Digest back in 2018, after the former couple updated the interiors with the help of architect Marc Appleton and acclaimed mother-son interior designers Kathy and Tommy Clements.

While many of the home’s features have been modernized – including paint jobs, finishes, lighting, kitchen cabinets and appliances – they did retain most of the period details, particularly the birch walls.   The silk damask ceilings and ornate marble fireplace also add an old-world charm.

Outside, there are vast lawns, formal gardens – including a butterfly-shaped rose gardens – several outdoor stone terraces, and a lighted tennis court, where one can take in the majestic views of the Santa Ynez Mountains.

The Montecito are has become prime property as of late, with more and more stars moving into the neighborhood – among them, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi, Ariana Grande, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

As for Scooter’s new digs, the all-new $65 Million dollar mansion in Mandeville, Canyon in Brentwood is in the same neighborhood where Reese Witherspoon, crypto billionaire Jesse Powell, and investor Lowell Milken live. According to Dirt.com, it’s the second-largest deal inked on all of L.A.’s Westside.

His recent real-estate moves come amid his divorce from Yael Cohen-Braun. It’s presumed that his estranged wife and their three children will continue living in their longtime family home in another area of Brentwood – one they had just expanded their last year when they bought the neighboring property from John Travolta for a cool $18 Million in an off-market deal.
