Scooter Braun just landed himself impressive new digs!

The well-known talent manager, who’s known for managing the careers of some of today’s biggest names in music including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, J Balvin, and more, is now the proud owner of an all-new $65 Million dollar mansion in Mandeville, Canyon in Brentwood, California – the same neighborhood where Reese Witherspoon, crypto billionaire Jesse Powell, and investor Lowell Milken live.

According to Dirt.com, Scooter’s recent real-estate purchase is the second-largest deal inked on all of L.A.’s Westside – behind only a Pacific Palisades palace that sold to an unknown buyer for $83 million just this summer.

The six-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom home is designed by acclaimed architect Noah Walker and was built and sold by NFL’s Pittsburg Steelers co-owners Larry and Kathleen Paul.

The newly-built home is prefect for entertaining Hollywood style. Sitting on an almost-four-acre plot of land, the home features 19,000 square feet of living space and beautifully landscaped grounds designed by landscape architect Christine London. The home also includes an eight-car garage plus a motorcourt that can accommodate dozens more.

Many of the rooms feature large windows to advantage of the breathtaking canyon and city views or open up to the outside for that seamless integration of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The minimalist master bedroom includes a sitting area and private balcony, and comes with a his-and-hers walk-in dresser as well as a sleekly-designed bathroom with his-and-hers vanity that opens up to a sun deck with lounge chairs.

The layout plus the honey-hued wood interiors evoke a modern farmhouse vibe, but with luxe amenities like a huge movie theater, indoor AND outdoor pools. Additional structures like a detached pool house and guesthouse are in the backyard.

It’s presumed that his estranged wife Yael Cohen-Braun and their three children will continue living in their longtime family home in another area of Brentwood – one they had just expanded their last year when they bought the neighboring property from John Travolta for a cool $18 Million in an off-market deal.
