Selena Gomez is serving up a sweet treat for fans – in more ways than one!
The 28-year-old entertainer recently shared the teaser for her highly-anticipated collab with K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK titled, “Ice Cream.”
“Special delivery! ICE CREAM song and video are out August 28th. 🍦🚐” Selena captioned the short clip.
The colorful video features Selena gamely driving an ice cream truck in a red-and-white striped top and matching bottom. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa also make an appearance.
Earlier this month, Selena and BLACKPINK confirmed rumors that they were indeed collaborating on a song.
“So SO excited to announce @BlackPinkOfficial and I have a new song coming out August 28th!” Selena wrote on Instagram, tagging the members of the K-Pop quartet.
In honor of the release of their collab, Selena also announced that she has partnered up with an iconic landmark in New York City – the Serendipity 3 ice cream shop – and even created a new flavor for the occasion!
“I grew up going to the iconic @serendipity3nyc restaurant so I couldn’t be more excited to join the ownership team. In honor of the release of ICE CREAM with @blackpinkofficial , I created Cookies and Cream Remix… made with pink vanilla ice cream as a nod to the girls!” she wrote on Instagram.
Their SELPINK collab “Ice Cream” drops this Friday (August 28).
