Taylor Swift has been making history by reclaiming ownership of her music through re-recording and releasing her older songs — and as a special bonus, she’s also decided to drop ‘new’ tracks from her unreleased vault of music, which has been a huge treat for her millions of fans all over the world.
Most recently, Taylor released a song called “Mr. Perfectly Fine”. The track was written back in 2008, and with the timeline and the lyrics, fans have been leaning towards theories that the song was in fact written about Joe Jonas, who happens to be Taylor’s ex… and who also happens to be Sophie Turner’s now husband!
And the Game Of Thrones actress and new mom just had the coolest reaction to the song!
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Sophie posted the song, and wrote:
“It’s not NOT a bop”
She also tagged Taylor in her story!
The whole thing gets even cooler, because, get this, Taylor saw what Sophie posted, and had the most awesome response!
She reposted Sophie’s Instagram Story on her own Stories, and said this:
“Forever bending the knee for the queen of the north”
Ladies, you both are made of so much win!
If you can remember, a couple of years ago Taylor also opened up about a regret she had regarding how she handled the whole Joe Jonas breakup. When asked about her most rebellious moment as a teen, Taylor revealed:
“Probably when I put Joe Jonas on blast. That was too much. I was 18. Yeah. We laugh about it now but that was mouthy, just some teenage stuff there!”
To refresh your memory, here’s just how she put Joe on blast back in 2008:
“It’s all right – I’m cool. You know what, it’s like, when I find that person that is right for me, he’ll be wonderful.
When I look at that person, I’m not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 27 seconds when I was 18.”
What a zinger! But that seems all in the past now, and things are now much more amicable!
