Taylor Swift has done it again.

The 31-year-old songstress smashed another record with the release of her Evermore album on vinyl.

The vinyl record just dropped Friday (May 28), and already sales are through the roof – selling over 40k copies in just two days! According to Billboard, Evermore’s vinyl release set the record for “the biggest sales week for a vinyl album in the U.S. since MRC Data began tracking sales in 1991.” She beat the record previously set by Jack White, whose Lazaretto album sold 40k copies in a week back in June 15, 2014.

Evermore was originally released last summer and is one of the three albums that Taylor dropped over the past year, along with folklore and Fearless (Taylor’s Version). All three debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts, making her the first female artist with three No. 1 albums in less than a year AND made history as the female artist with the shortest break in between No. 1 albums s – Evermore and Fearless (Taylor’s Version) were released just four months apart. Fearless (Taylor’s Version) also holds th record for largest streaming week for a country album by a female artist with over 143 million streams in just seven days.

She also made history in the U.K. as “the first and only solo artist ever to claim three UK #1 albums in less than 12 months during the 21st century” and “the first ever international artist and first ever female artist to land three #1 albums in the UK within one year in history.”

Earlier this month, Taylor was the recipient of the 2021 Brit Awards’ Global Icon Award and hit back at negativity in her acceptance speech.

“There are so many incredible new artists in this room tonight and a lot of people watching who have goals and ambitions and dreams for themselves. I need you to hear me when I say that there is no career path that comes free of negativity. If you’re being met with resistance, that probably means you’re doing something new,” Taylor said during the speech.

“If you’re experiencing turbulence or pressure, that probably means you’re rising. And there might be times when you put your whole heart and soul into something and it is met with cynicism or skepticism. You can not let that crush you. You have to let it fuel you because we live in a world where anyone has the right to say anything they want about you at any time. But just remember that you have the right to prove them wrong,” she added.

She also totally fangirled over Maisie Williams, who presented her with the award, saying, “Anyone who knows me at all knows that Game of Thrones is my life. So the fact that Maisie was here to present this… I want to grab you, but I can’t! We’re social distancing. But thank you so much for coming here to do this!”

Congrats, Taylor!
