Taylor Swift celebrated the release of her latest album, Folklore, by gifting some fans with Folklore merch – among them, Kobe Bryant’s 17-year-old daughter Natalia.

Natalia couldn’t help but gush about the sweet surprise on Instagram story. “Thank you SO much @taylorswift…I am OBSESSED with ‘folklore’!!!” she wrote alongside a pic of the cardigan.

Kobe’s wife, Vanessa, also thanked the 30-year-old songstress for the kind gesture, sharing a photo of Natalia holding up the cardigan captioned, “Thank you @taylorswift #Cardigan.”

Taylor dropped Folklore and the music video for her first single, “Cardigan” on Friday (July 24). The cardigan looks pretty much like the one Taylor was wearing in her music video. It’s also actually available for purchase online on her website.

The songstress, who’s known for placing hidden clues in her works, revealed to fans ahead of the release that “One thing I did purposely on this album was put the Easter eggs in the lyrics, more than just the videos. I created character arcs and recurring themes that map out who is singing about who.”

And, of course, Swifties have been quite busy unearthing the maybe-Easter Eggs hidden in the album.

In addition to speculations of a break up (which appears to have since been debunked), to theories that her beau Joe Alwyn might be a secret collaborator using the pseudonym William Bowery, fans also think Taylor may have revealed the name of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ third child – there’s a track on the album titled “Betty.”

Taylor and Blake have been friends for years – Blake’s eldest daughter, James, even made a cameo in Taylor’s music video for 2017 track “Gorgeous,” from her Reputation album. And when the singer appeared to namedrop Blake’s two eldest daughter, Jams and Inez, in “Betty,” fan theories went into overdrive with speculations that “Betty” is in honor of Blake’s youngest daughter, who they welcomed in October of 2019.

So, what does Blake have to say about it? Well, she didn’t address that fan theory directly. But she’s totally gushing about Taylor’s new album.

Blake went on Instagram Story over the weekend to post about Folklore, thanking the singer and her collaborators – including the mysterious William Bowery.

“Can we all please crawl inside that piano with you and live in this album…” she wrote alongside a black and white photo of Taylor. “Like you, Folklore is full of heart, soul, humor, passion, intelligence, wit, whimsy, reality, imagination, strength, vulnerability, and above all things: Love.”

Taylor’s other celeb pals have also taken to social media to praise the singer’s work.

Selena Gomez shared a photo of herself listening to “Cardigan.”

“She’s done it again @taylorswift,” she captioned the photo on her Instagram Story over the weekend.
