Two sets of Hollywood’s most famous brothers facing each other inside a ring?
The Jonas Brothers appeared on Tuesday’s (July 20) episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote some of their upcoming projects, which include their upcoming TV special Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers and their forthcoming memoir Blood.
Talking about the title of the book, host Jimmy Fallon points out the reference to the fact that they’re family.
“Actually, that’s not the reason,” Joe jokingly countered. “We’re gonna take note from all the YouTubers that are having these boxing matches and we’re gonna have a big UFC match.”
Their opponents? The Hemsworth brothers – Chris, Liam and Luke.
“It’s gonna be us versus the Hemsworth brothers,” he continued while keeping an absolutely straight face. “The Hemsworths haven’t emailed us back yet, but it’s gonna be big.”
Their reactions? Nick and Kevin broke out into chuckles and Jimmy was panicking, “Oh my God! Oh no! Don’t do it! Don’t do it, please.”
“Did you just say it’s gonna be us against Thor?” Kevin chimed in.
Joe went on with the hilarious gag, saying, “The Hemsworths haven’t emailed us back yet, but it’s gonna be big.”
“Maybe there’s a couple Hemsworths out there that we don’t know of that you could maybe challenge or something,” Jimmy suggested.
“Ones who are a little bit closer to our height as well,” Joe quipped.
While it’s not likely that they’ll be facing each other inside the ring in an Olympics-related TV special, the JoBros dropped the music video of their new single “Remember This” on Tuesday (July 20), one day ahead of Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers is set to air. The song will also be featured in NBC’s Olympics coverage, which kicks off this week.
The video features photos and videos sent in by fans from all over the world, and Nick, Joe, Kevin shared a special message for fans in the MV.
“Remember This is close to our hearts because it celebrates our fans and all the special memories we’ve made together, then and now,” the guys share in the video. “A month ago, we asked you guys to share your favorite memories with us… It means the world to us to share these moments with you. Thank you for sticking with us on this journey. We love you guys.”
