This Is Justin Bieber’s New Life Motto

Justin Bieber has been candid with fans about his struggles with mental health, and recently revealed he’s trying out a new approach to life.

“There was this quote the other day that I heard, it was like, ‘Don’t be resentful about something you say yes to, just do it and then when you’re done, reassess your boundaries and don’t do it again,’ so I kind of am trying to live by that,” he said in a video clip from Audacy’s (formerly Radio.com) initiative on mental health, I’m Listening, shared via Entertainment Tonight.

Part of Justin’s journey to improve his mental health is learning to set boundaries, which he plans to apply when he goes on tour.

“Touring can definitely be grueling. And I think the same way I was able to kind of set boundaries for this project and be able to prioritize time with my wife and time that I’m not working and be off the grid, I think as long as I do that throughout this tour. It’s always kind of like, ‘You live and you learn,’ and you just learn how to say no,” he explained.

Justin won’t be the only celebrity taking part in the conversations about mental health – Machine Gun Kelly, Darius Rucker, Nelly, Glennon Doyle, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Shakira, Cleveland Cavaliers’ Kevin Love, Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello and Bleachers’ Jack Antonoff will also be joining in on I’m Listening’s upcoming two-hour special.

In case you missed it, Justin recently got back from a romantic tropical getaway with wife Hailey Bieber. The pair joined another couple – Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker – for a three-day trip to Jamaica last week.

It appears JB is still basking in the good memories of their recent vacay – and relishing the quality time spent with his wife. He seemingly commemorated their trip with a photo of Hailey in a green bikini on Instagram Story, which he captioned, “Sweet n sexy.”

Earlier this week, Hailey shared photos from their Jamaican vacation on her Instagram rocking the same emerald swimwear.

Hailey also addressed a “big fat narrative” about her marriage during a recent appearance on Demi Lovato’s podcast 4D With Demi Lovato.

“There’s one big fat narrative that goes around that’s like, ‘Justin is not nice to her and he mistreats her.’ It’s so far from the truth. It’s the complete and utter opposite. I really am lucky to say I’m with someone who is extremely respectful of me, who makes me feel special every single day,” Hailey shared.
