Justin Bieber just shared a shirtless photo of him holding a baby on Instagram.
Chill, everyone. Justin and wife Hailey didn’t have a baby – yet. But one star hopes it’ll happen real soon.
Okay, so the baby that Justin was carrying in the photo is his new niece – Hailey’s older sister Alaia Baldwin and her hubby Andrew Aronow welcomed their daughter last week.
Alaia shared a sweet family photo with their newborn on Thursday (August 20).
“💞IRIS ELLE ARONOW!💞 Born on 8/17/2020, 6lbs 11oz,” Alaia captioned the photo.
“She is absolutely perfect, we are all happy and healthy. Thank you so much @drthaisaliabadi for making our experience go as smoothly and as beautifully as I ever could have imagined. We love you! 💕,” she added.
It appears Justin and Hailey have since visited the new addition to the family, thus the photos of him adorable holding baby Iris – wearing a mask, of course.
“My baby niece iris .. scroll through and whiteness [sic] the most squishy cute gumdrop ever!! Love you @alaiabaldwin and @andrewaronow ! She’s so precious!” Justin gushed in the caption.
The post has since gotten millions of likes – with many fans remarking on getting a glimpse of Justin as a dad. One particular comment from this celebrity has even more fans buzzing.
“This image pretty much seals the deal. Fully expect you and H to have a baby in 2021. 😉👊🏾” Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson teased the popstar in the comments.
Hailey also shared a photo of herself cradling baby Iris in her Instagram Story. “Auntie’s Girl,” she wrote on the photo, tagging Alaia.
However, don’t forget that the couple has previously talked about starting a family.
Back in February, during Justin’s interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, he said wasn’t planning on being a dad anytime soon.
“I want to start my own family in due time,” Justin said at the time. “I want to enjoy being married for a little bit, go on tour, be married, enjoy traveling with just us, build more of our relationship. I think that it’s definitely the next step, for sure.”
And when Hailey talked about what she and Justin have been up to during quarantine at home. “We didn’t make any babies, so that’s that,” she shared earlier this month during their virtual Paleyfest LA panel for Justin Bieber: Seasons.
