Trevor Noah is making some big real-estate moves.

Last year, The Daily Show host bought a modern six-bedroom mansion in Bel-Air for $27.5 million. And it’s back on the market after less than a year for $29.75 Million.

Standing on an almost one-acre lot, the property boasts 11,375 square feet of living space spread out on three interconnected cube structures. The windowless façade keeps the home private, but the back is lined with floor-to-ceiling glass, opening up the home to breathtaking ocean and mountain views.

Inside, the home’s interior is mostly white, accented with wood finishes, like the oak flooring in the living room, which were imported from Germany, and the dark-wood cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen.

The master suite comes with dual baths and walk-in wardrobes. Guest bedrooms also have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The home’s luxury amenities include an infinity-edge pool, a library, a gym, club room and rooftop terrace that doubles as a screening room. Other custom features take it over the top, like the Japanese-style spa underneath the pool – complete with a a wooden tub, sauna, and massage and changing rooms. There’s also a wine room with a hidden glass-encased elevator leading to the kitchen.

Lush manicured gardens surround the house, along with a separate structure for outdoor entertaining that comes with its own kitchen and bar, and a number of lounging and sitting areas including one positioned around a firepit.

Just a few months earlier, Trevor also sold another Bel-Air mansion for $21 Million. He also own a $10 Million Manhattan penthouse. New York Post reports he has also rented another penthouse in Tribeca’s luxe 70 Vestry building for $52,000 per month!
