Anna Kendrick is opening up about her experiences on the set of her films.

In a recent video for Vanity Fair, Anna shared some behind-the-scenes tidbits about the films she’s been in – including Twilight and Pitch Perfect.

Apparently, shooting Twilight, where she played Jessica Hartley, posed some challenges for her.

“The first movie we filmed in Portland, Oregon, and I just remember being so cold and miserable,” Anna said. “And I just remember my Converse being completely soaked through and feeling like, ‘You know, this is a really great group of people and I’m sure that we would be friends at a different time, but I want to murder everyone.’”

“Although, it was also kind of bonding. There was something about it, like if you go through some trauma event. Like you imagine people who survive a hostage situation, and you’re kind of bonded for life,” she added.

However, she says the cast got to bond a bit more in the second film (New Moon) because the weather conditions were better. She also gave the production a shoutout for helping her be accommodate two projects at the same time – she was also shooting Up In The Air at the time.

She later talked about her experience on Pitch Perfect franchise, recalling with a laugh how they all kept nailing the musical performances last minute throughout all three movies.

She also shared how much she learned from George Clooney working alongside him in Up In The Air, and fangirled over Meryl Streep when she saw her perform up close on the set of Into The Woods.
