Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith might already be living in high style in their $42 Million mega mansion in Calabasas, but that hasn’t stopped them from shelling out $11.3 Million on a new property.

In their 23 years of marriage, the couple has already amassed an impressive real-estate portfolio of at least eight homes around the country. Their latest addition is a newly-built six-bedroom home in the gated neighborhood of Hidden Hills.

The two-story “Napa Modern”-style home sits on top of a 1.19-acre lot at the end of a cul de sac overlooking the San Fernando Valley. Spanning more than 10,000 square feet of living space designed with contemporary interiors, awesome features and amenities can be found throughout the living area.

The living room, just off the double-height ceilinged entrance opens out into the backyard, providing sweeping views of the outdoors. The indoor seating area also mirrors an outdoor lounge area on the patio. Meals in the formal dining room will never be short of good wine with the refrigerated wine closet onhand, and the open kitchen with its large pantry is the best place to cook up a feast or enjoy a snack on the island with built-in counters.

There are also other cool amenities for entertaining – like a soundproof movie theater lined with velvet walls and a games room that comes complete with a wet bar.

Leading an active lifestyle will be easy with the home’s recreational features. There’s a gym with its own steam bath, a full-sized tennis court, and an infinity pool with a built-in spa.

There’s also plenty of space for outdoor entertaining – including an al fresco dining area right next to the outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and bar seating, a “serenity lounge,” a seating area with a fire pit.

All six bedrooms come with their own en suite bathroom, but the master suite is especially grand, with its own fireplace, sitting area, two walk-in dressing rooms, and a built-in refrigerator and coffee bar.

The property first hit the market in June of last year, listed at $12.2 Million. And it looks like Will and Jada got this for a steal with a $900,000 discount.

However, this isn’t the couple’s only home in Hidden Hills. They also own a ranch-style estate, which they’ve owned since 2003 and is currently occupied by their son Jaden. Daughter Willow’s digs, on the other hand, is a $3.1 Million modern structure in Malibu hills.
