Paris Fashion Week kicked off Monday (September 27), and Hollywood style stars have been spotted sitting front row at the much-anticipated physical shows of the French fashion houses.
Making her first public outing since giving birth is Cardi B. Her surprise appearance at PFW comes just three weeks after giving birth to her second child with husband Offset. And to say she ARRIVED at the red carpet of the “Thierry Mugler: Couturissime” exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs would be an understatement.
The “Invasion Of Privacy” rapper served up a legendary look on the event’s red carpet, wearing an epic avant-garde, feathered gown from the designer’s 1995 Fall/Winter Couture Collection.
The mom-of-two showed off her post-baby figure in the red sequin-covered, curve-hugging gown with a plunging and crystal-encrusted bustier. She also wore matching elbow-length gloves and topped it off with a towering, feather-trimmed cape. She also matched her makeup to her outfit, rocking bedazzled brows in the same fire-red hue.
She also gave fans a glimpse of her red-hot look on Instagram, which she captioned, “MUGLER MAMI.”
But the rapper is far from done serving up looks. Cardi then went and changed into another feathered number for the Thierry Mugler archives – this one featuring a textured black leather corset with feather trimmings and came with a sheer, floor-length skirt. She also wore matching arm-length leather gloves to complete the look.
BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Jisoo arrived at the French capital ahead of the PFW, touching down on Saturday (September 25) before making their appearances at PFW events this week.
Rosé hit up Tuesday’s (September 29) Saint Laurent spring/summer 2022 show in a black baby doll dress with sheer skirt, which she wore with knee-high boots. Also spotted at the checking out the designer’s latest collection are Emily Alyn Lind, Talia Ryder, Amber Valleta, Carla Bruni, Alisha Boe and Ashton Sanders.
Jisoo, on the other hand, was front and center at the Dior show. Other stars at the event were Alexa Chung, Jenna Coleman, Zoey Deutsch, and Elizabeth Debicki. Rachel Zegler, who made her PFW debut at the event, went on Twitter to joke about how nervous she was as she sat next to Rosamund Pike.
Fresh off the runways for Milan Fashion Week, Gigi Hadid is already turning heads with her street style in Paris. The 26-year-old model was snapped out and about doing some shopping in an effortlessly chic ensemble in varying green hues. She completed her look with a leopard print bag, black face mask, dark sunnies and gold drop earrings.
