With everyone social distancing and quarantining, schools have shut down early amid the coronavirus pandemic. While education is still continues with many students now being home-schooled, this means many students on school activities. High schoolers, in particular, will be missing out on a milestone experience in their lives – prom!

Which was why, on Saturday (April 18), John Krasinski live-streamed a virtual prom for the affected students on his YouTube channel Some Good News – and made it extra special with the help of some famous friends. It looked so fun, even fans who’ve already done the whole prom thing tuned in for a do-over.

John DJ-ed the livestream so kids can suit up in their finest formal wear and bust out their moves from the comfort of their homes. Plus, he recruited The Jonas Brothers as well as Billie Eilish and Finneas to provide some amazing entertainment. Chance the Rapper and his The Office co-star Rainn Wilson also dropped by to say hi.

Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas looked ever so dapper in their suits in their high-energy performance of “Sucker” from each of their residences.

Billie Eilish finally got to attend prom – livening up the virtual prom with her hit single “Bad Guy.”

“[I’ve] never really been to prom. I’ve been to homeschool prom which isn’t really prom,” Billie shared.

Other fans were all for Chance and Rain vibin’ with John as the latter laid down the beats.

“You guys are missing a whole lot of things, and we couldn’t let prom be one of them,” John told his audience. “It’s the weirdest thing in the world, but you know what? When you thought you were missing prom, and your mom and your dad and your brother and your sister all say, ‘Oh, I remember my prom,’ you now get to say to them, ‘Oh really? Did Billie Eilish play your prom? Did the Jonas Brothers play your prom? Did Chance the Rapper pop into your prom? And did Rainn Wilson ruin your prom?'”

“Class of 2020, chin up. This is all gonna be over soon,” he said as the broadcast came to a close.

Grooving out to “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge, he added, “And this weird level of joy is contagious. Pick it up, and do something with it!”

He later went on social media to thank everyone for catching his livestream.

“Thank you ALL for being a part of the most DIY prom in history!!!  #SGNProm !!!  And if you wanna see how life is really done head over to the after party with my hero @dnice on Instagram live!!!!,” he tweeted.
