Big Sean (real name: Sean Anderson) has scored himself some new digs after selling his Mullholland Home for $11 Million two months ago – a chateau-style mansion in the Encino enclave.

The property was originally listed in May of last year, asking $10 Million. However, Sean closed the deal at $8.1 Million, which means he got a whopping nearly-$2 Million discount.

Situated in a gated community, Sean’s new home gives off major European chateau vibes with its French Normandy design. While it may be slightly smaller than his old one, it’s also still primed for entertaining on the large scale.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home stand three stories high and boasts over 10,000 square feet of living space.

The main level contains the formal living room as well as a formal dining room, along with more casual spaces including a full library, a family room, and a gourmet kitchen with two island and a breakfast nook. Dome skylights allow plenty of light in.

Backyard amenities include a patio with a fireplace and a veranda with a built-in barbecue grill can be accessed through French doors and oversized glass doors. The space also features a pool and spa with a Baja shelf as well as an air-conditioned pool house.

A winding staircase leads to the second floor, which houses the master bedroom that features a fireplace, private balcony, walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a glass-walled shower area.

Luxe amenities include a spa area that comes complete with a sauna and massage room on the second floor and the basement outfitted for entertainment with a gym, screening room, 1,000-bottle wine cellar, and a game room with a wet bar.

Living in this particular gated community means racking up an additional $850/month in dues. The home is also kept secure with a Crestron home automation system that controls the alarm system as well as the lights, climate, music, and more.
