Production was reportedly temporarily shut down on the set of Jennifer Lawrence’s new movie after the actress was injured during a stunt explosion gone wrong.

JLaw has been working on a new comedy titled Don’t Look Up, where she stars alongside other Hollywood heavyweight like Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Chris Evans, Jonah Hill and Timothee Chalamet.

The film is directed by Adam McKay, and Jen and Leo play a pair of low-astronomers who go on a media tour to try to warn everyone on Earth that a giant meteorite will destroy the planet in six months.

They’ve been filming in Massachussets since November. According to TMZ, in the wee hours of Friday (February 5), while filming a scene with Timothee that involved a window exploding, the stunt somehow went wrong and she was injured in the process.

Not exactly clear how the scene fits in with the story, but “end of the world” scenarios usually involve some sort of big explosion. Per the outlet, the scene’s stunt involved a “controlled glass explosion” but “a shard of glass cut Lawrence’s eyelid and it would not stop bleeding.” And although the injury “wasn’t that bad,” a medic was called in and production was reportedly shut down temporarily – it’s expected to resume Monday (February 8).
