It appears Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are looking to make a change.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Joe and Sophie have put their Los Angeles home on the market. The couple bought the property, which back in 2019 for $14.1 Million and are reportedly selling it for $16.75 Million.
The couple’s 15,000 square-foot contemporary home has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a state-of-the-art home theater, a gym, an office, plus a large pool located in the garden area. The living space features an open-plan design which includes a stone fireplace, a wall of bookcases, and sliding doors that lead to the outdoors.
The house sits on an almost-one acre property in Royal Oaks and also boasts a four-car garage, private balconies, and a large kitchen that can easily serve dozens of special guests.
Joe and Sophie seem to have added in some personal touches of their own – including an aquarium, a wood-paneled bar, a hair salon, a hidden DJ turntable, a fog machine and a putting green. In addition to exterior fencing, the home also features a sophisticated security system.
Joe and Sophie, who have been married since 2019, bought the home around the same time Joe’s brother Nick and his Priyanka Chopra bought theirs in a nearby area.
No word yet on where they’re headed next. It’s also still unclear why the couple is selling their home. Their agent, Carl Gambino, declined to comment when asked. Representatives for the couple are yet to respond to requests for comment.
