Justin and Hailey Bieber are enjoying the sights and sounds of the City of Lights.
Over the past few days, the couple have been spotted around France’s capital – and even got to meet with French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron.
While the reason behind the meeting is still unclear, Justin surprised fans by sharing a photo of the four of them posing together in the president’s Elysee Palace office on his Instagram on Monday (June 21), which also happens to be France’s annual Fête de la Musique, or Music Day.
Justin looked dapper in a gray suit with white button-up shirt – he completed the look with a pair blue-and-white Nike sneakers. Meanwhile, Hailey was all glammed up in a backless tan halter LaQuan Smith dress, which she paired with strappy heels and a croc-embossed tote bag. She topped the look with her hair in a sleek bun and stylish sunglasses.
An eyewitness tells E! News that couple enjoyed a “romantic” lunch date at the Dinand by Ferdi restaurant down the street from Elysee Palace after the meeting.
Justin also shared another photo from the trip – a selfie of the two of them sticking their tongues out at the camera, wearing different outfits from their meeting with the French president. Justin went with a hoodie and khakhi in neutral hues, making Hailey’s monochromatic lilac outfit – knitted cropped top and mini-skirt – pop.
It appears Justin and Hailey are also making the most of their time in Paris. Prior to the meeting, the two were also spotted taking in the city’s attractions – per E! News, Justin enjoyed a meal at the Carette tea room, which has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. The Biebers also did some shopping – Hailey visited the Chanel boutique; and the couple were spotted shopping for some items in Kith.
On Monday evening, the couple once again stepped out with fresh new looks – Hailey rocked a sequined pink dress; while Justin kept it casual in a Drew hoodie and jeans – for a dinner date at La Stresa.
This is the Biebers’ second trip to Paris this year – they celebrated Justin’s 27th birthday in March in the French capital as well. Justin was even photographed while performing on the roof of Paris’ Hotel de Crillon at the time.
