In photos published on Page Six, the 17-year-old Stranger Things actress was snapped walking the streets of New York hand-in-hand with Jake Bongiovi while taking turns carrying a tote bag with MBB’s adorable pup, Winnie the Pooh.
The maybe-couple began sparking dating speculations in spring of this year, and the rumors were fueled even more earlier this month, when Jake dropped a photo with Millie on his Instagram – the two of them were riding in the backseat of a car. He captioned it, “bff <3”
This is the first time they’ve been spotted out in public though – and, so far, neither have publicly addressed their actual relationship status and their reps are yet to respond to requests for comment.
If Jake’s last name sounds familiar, it’s because it is – although the spelling is a bit different. Jake happens to be Jon Bon Jovi’s 19-year-old son, and is the third of the rock star’s four kids. He also made headlines a few years back, when he was 15, for organizing the Pennington School’s national student walkout following the school shootings in Parkland, Florida.
In case you’re wondering why Millie is carrying Winnie around, the uber cute doggo is actually her therapy dog and helps with her anxiety. She’s previously opened up about it on Miley Cyrus’ Bright Minded series on Instagram.
“About two years ago, I just started having really bad panic attacks, like, really bad anxiety and I struggled with it really bad,” she said on the show. “And, one day I was just talking, and I was like, ‘Maybe I should get a therapy dog,’ you know, something to comfort me when I am really stressed.’”
