Chappell Roan is back—and she’s bringing fresh music, a mini tour, and a meaningful mission.
The breakout pop sensation just revealed that her new single “The Subway” drops on July 31 at 8 p.m. EST. The news came alongside a photo of her surrounded by a cascade of flowing hair—a nod to the dreamy, ethereal look she’s been rocking lately during her recent video shoots.
Fans who’ve been lucky enough to catch her live know “The Subway” has been a staple in her sets. Now, it’s finally getting an official release—and fans are hyped.
Earlier this month, the 27-year-old singer was spotted in New York City filming scenes for the music video, channeling major Rapunzel vibes with her ultra-long locks. She’s been riding high since her viral hit “HOT TO GO!” and her rise isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
In addition to the new single, Chappell also announced a limited three-city tour this fall called Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things. She hand-picked the cities and emphasized that she wanted to make the shows feel personal and unique.
Even more admirable? She’s using the tour to support the trans community. “It is so important that I give back to the Trans community as they have given me so much throughout my entire career,” she said in a statement. A portion of the proceeds—$1 from every ticket—will go to organizations supporting trans youth.
Fans hoping to snag tickets must register through Fair AXS by Sunday, July 27 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Selected fans will be able to buy up to four tickets. The general sale opens August 7.
You can register now on AXS.com—and join Chappell Roan as she continues to use her platform to lift others while lighting up the stage.
