Ezra Miller will now be pleading guilty.
Reports have it that the 30-year-old actor, who plays The Flash in the DC cinematic universe, is set to plead guilty in his Vermont trespassing and burglary case.
Some months ago, he plead not guilty to the following charges: “Unlawful trespassing, two charges for burglary into an unoccupied dwelling and petit larceny.” However, it seems he’s since changed his mind.
In a new report from NBC News, Ezra is changing his plea from not guilty to guilty on the count of unlawful trespassing.
He was also charged with breaking and entering, and burglary, at a Stamford, Vermont residence.
Reportedly, with his now guilty plea in the count of unlawful trespassing, the charges of burglary and larceny against him will now be dropped.
It was announced just recently that Ezra’s upcoming film, The Flash, is still set to debut in cinemas this year. The trailer will be premiering at the Super Bowl.
