Fans are shocked as a video clip went viral where a guy, who sources identify as Ezra Miller, appears to attack a fan.
The clip, posted on Twitter on Sunday (April 7), shows a guy in a red coat who looks and sounds like Ezra, yelling at a woman, “Do you wanna fight? Is that the deal?”
He then grabs the woman by the neck and appears to choke her and push her to the ground. The person shooting the video then exclaims, “Woah, bro, bro,” and then stops recording.
Fans have been divided on what to think of the video, with some wondering if the whole thing was for real or a prank.
A source tells Variety that the incident was a serious altercation at the bar and the guy was escorted off the premises.
The outlet reports that the alleged altercation happened on 6 p.m. on Wednesday (April 1) in Prikið Kaffihús, a trendy bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. Things reportedly got heated after a group of fans who approached him became “quite pushy.”
Ezra’s reps are yet to respond to requests for comment.
