Florence Pugh is opening up on why she does not want to discuss the press tour drama surrounding Don’t Worry Darling.
The 27-year-old The Wonder star addressed the topic on Vanity Fair’s 29th annual Hollywood issue.
The promotional work for the 2022 movie was filled with much speculation and even controversy, with the film’s actors, particularly Florence and Harry Styles, as well as its director Olivia Wilde, constantly hounded by rumors. However, Florence noticeably has been avoiding talking about the movie or the press drama about it.
Now, she is shedding light on why she chooses not to answer questions about the Don’t Worry Darling press tour. Florence explained:
“Ideally I don’t really want to be going down the Don’t Worry Darling conversation because this whole release for The Wonder has been so positive and I’ve been really excited to talk about that.
I don’t really feel the need to go into the nitty-gritty details of Don’t Worry Darling. So if it’s okay, I’ll probably just let that one sit.”
