The 62-year-old Full Housealum filed formal court documentation to dissolve her 28-year union with the 63-year-old Mossimo brand creator, marking the definitive conclusion to a relationship that long captivated public attention.
The formal filing comes nearly a year after the former couple publicly acknowledged their separation. Court documents list their official date of separation as August 31, 2025, confirming that the duo had been living independent lives well before taking legal action. Loughlin cited standard irreconcilable differences as the cause for the dissolution.
The court filings also confirm the presence of a comprehensive prenuptial agreement, originally established prior to their 1997 wedding and subsequently amended in August 2015.
