Mandy Moore is opening up about a personal betrayal.
The 38-year-old This Is Us star took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (April 4) to open up in a series of posts about something ‘upsetting’ that she is going through.
The actress wrote:
“At work. Dealing with some upsetting personal betrayal stuff from a new person in my life and trying to parse through what to learn from it. Don’t trust people? Don’t be too generous?”
She said that the person “was intimately involved in my life for a short period,” adding:
“Man, some people really let you down. The selfishness and lack of respect and entitlement is WILD.”
In another post, Mandy wrote:
“Deep breath. So grateful for my family and babies and this life. I won’t let anyone ROB that joy from me. Onward and upward, right?”
Later on, she shared a selfie of herself making a peace sign:
“Let them know and let it go.”
