The Avengers assembled — for one of their own.
Scarlett Johansson, who plays Black Widow in the MCU, has revealed that she and Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, went on a secret trip to visit Jeremy Renner aka Hawkeye after his accident.
All three are part of the core group of Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 38-year-olda actress got candid about going to Jeremy following his horrible snow plow accident back in January.
Scarlet spoke about going on an under-the-radar trip with Chris to see Jeremy in April as he was recovering:
“I was honestly so f-cking happy to see him. I didn’t know if I was ever going to see him again. To not only see him again but to see him thriving and in such an amazing space, mentally. He’s a very spiritual person in general and a very soulful person. And you can see that in his work. It comes through. He has such a depth to him.
And I just was so happy to see that he is full of life and light, and he’s also hilarious. We laughed a lot.”
