Vanessa Hudgens has something to say about THAT voice her ex Austin Butler currently sounds like when he speaks.
After he won the 2023 Golden Globe for his portrayal of Elvis Presley in the film Elvis, many couldn’t help but question why Austin still sounded like Elvis years after making the movie.
Now, his former longtime love Vanessa Hudgens appears to be touching on the viral headline. In case you did not know, Vanessa and Austin dated for several years. They were first linked in 2011 and broke things off in 2020.
On Instagram, Vanessa spotted a headline that stated:
“Austin Butler’s ‘Elvis’ accent is ‘genuine,’ might remain ‘forever.’”
An Instagram account with the handle @ryinskott screen grabbed the headline and then posted it, then adding:
“He went to the Lady Gaga school of Oscar campaign acting.”
Well, Vanessa saw that account’s post, and she commented this one single word:
“Crying.”
Her comment gave fans an insight as to what she may actually be thinking about her ex’s current voice!
