Holidays are coming.

The new normal may have changed much of our day-to-day, but it’s not going to change the spirit of the holiday season.

For the past 89 years, the Hollywood Christmas Parade has been part of the American Christmas tradition –the festive parade going down the streets of Hollywood the Sunday after Thanksgiving. While the parade didn’t happen this year due to the ongoing coronavirus, audiences can relive a decade-worth of unforgettable moments of past parades with The Hollywood Christmas Parade Greatest Moments.

Catch The Hollywood Christmas Parade Greatest Moments, this Friday, December 4, 8PM ET on The CW. Hosted by Laura McKenzie and Erik Estrada, along with special guests Montel Williams, Dean Cain, Elizabeth Stanton, and more, the TV special will feature highlights from past parades – Grand Marshals and animated characters, holiday celebrity shoutouts, musical performances, and, of course, the welcomed arrival of the Jolly Old Elf himself, Santa Claus, accompanied by Marine Corps Escorts.

The Hollywood Christmas Parade Greatest Moments is produced by Associated Television International and will support Marine Toys for Tots, whose mission is to collect new unwrapped toys to distribute to less fortunate children at Christmas.

Enjoy two hours of show-stopping musical performances from Band of Merrymakers, Village People, Olivia Newton-John, Bret Michaels, WAR, Kenny Loggins, Ruben Studdard, Mike Love and The Beach Boys, LeAnn Rimes, Daughtry, Donny & Marie Osmond, India Arie, David Archuleta, and Bank of Harmony. It’s not a parade without marching bands, so don’t miss the U.S. Marine Band San Diego, Greenwood Marching Woodmen and Irish Guard from Greenwood, IN, The Los Angeles Police Emerald Society Pipes & Drums, PAVA World Traditional Korean Band of Los Angeles, CA, Long Beach Jr. Concert Band, and more playing up the music along the parade route.

Fan-favorite floats will definitely bring on the smiles. Who can resist seeing larger-than-life inflatable character balloons like Angry Birds, Santa Garfield, Scooby Doo, Superman, Kermit The Frog, Elmo, Super Grover, Sam I Am, Thing 1 &2, The Cat In The Hat, Gumby, Penguins of Madagascar, PacMan, Darth Stewie, and Strawberry Shortcake? Plus, a wide variety of special acts and novelties are sure to add even more pizzazz to your viewing pleasure.

Kick off the December holidays with lots of cheer. Don’t miss The Hollywood Christmas Parade Greatest Moments, this Friday, December 4, 8PM ET on The CW.
