Camila Cabello’s stunning Los Angeles property is on the market.
The 24-year-old musician and Cinderella star has officially listed her 3,570 square foot home. Located near Los Angeles’ Sunset strip, the stunning abode features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and even has a recording studio inside!
Camila bought the property back in April 2019 for $3.375 million, and she is now looking to sell the place for $3.95 million.
Astute real estate and entertainment news watchers may remember that Camila actually experienced a bit of bad luck at this house earlier this year. Back in March, the prized new G-Wagen of her longtime love Shawn Mendes was stolen from the driveway by a particularly gutsy burglar. Camila and Shawn were inside the home at the time, too.
The car was recovered soon and the thief most probably jailed. And now, the place boasts of a state of the art security system that has multiple cameras, alarms, a “prewired intercom system” and surround sound, to ensure maximum safety and security within the premises.
Camila’s romantic villa sits on a 6,300 square foot lot that is long and narrow, and the circa-1970s house is long and narrow as well. A two-car garage and security gate greets guests, followed by a tree-shaded courtyard and brief walkway leading to the front door. The huge foyer spills out into adjoining family and living rooms. The family rooms leads into the backyard pool area which hosts a pool, plenty of patio space, and an outdoor fireplace and bar/kitchen/grill.
The kitchen has top of the line stainless appliances, and features a casual breakfast area and separate formal dining room boasting of garden views. The spare bedroom on the main level was converted by Camila into a recording studio complete with a full array of equipment.
The middling level has two large guest bedrooms both with bathrooms and private balconies. And at the top of that is the penthouse level which boasts entirely of the primary bedroom suite, complete with fireplace, sitting area, walk in closet, and spa-like bathroom.
The gorgeous property is surrounded by mature evergreen trees for maximum celebrity-level privacy.
No news yet on Camila’s next real estate foray — but rumors have been swirling that she and Shawn have been house-hunting for months in the Miami area.
