Danielle Jonas is getting real about being part of the “Jonas Wives.”
The 36-year-old wife of the eldest Jonas Brother Kevin is among the beloved “Jonas Wives” trio, along with Sophie Turner who is married to Joe and Priyanka Chopra who is married to Nick.
In a new appearance on the LadyGang podcast with Kevin, Danielle revealed that at certain times, she feels a bit less than Sophie and Priyanka. She shared that there are times she compares herself to the two women and feels a bit smaller.
Danielle said:
“I feel like I am torn. Finding like my place in it, because the two boys married somebody who, they’re actresses, they’re out there, everyone knows them.
And I feel like I’m Danielle, you know, and it’s hard.”
Kevin then revealed that he sometimes feels the same way with Joe and Nick:
“But [I] feel that way too. Nick and Joe, right? Like solo careers, movies, all this stuff. It’s like everyone has to find their place… No matter the situation, right? I think like for us communicating, talking through it.”
Danielle also spoke about how getting married to a celebrity and having more celebrities become part of the family has made her one too:
“It’s also that like I’m out there celebrity-wise because I’ve married you. And that’s where it’s like, ‘Oh, I wanna have something else to my name too.’
So that it feels, I don’t know… more than, or like, the other girls. ‘Cause then when I’m with the other girls, I feel just less than sometimes. It’s weird.”
