Sebastian Bear-McClard is being accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women.
The 42-year-old producer and ex-husband of Emily Ratajkowski is facing allegations of inappropriate conduct by several woman, including a 24-year-old who says she was just 17 when Sebastian reached out to her on Instagram to play a small role in Good Time with the Safdie brothers.
The then 17-year-old was excited to meet the movie’s star Robert Pattinson, but on the day she was to film, she ended up standing naked in front of “nearly a dozen male cast and crew members including Josh and Benny Safdie.”
Instead of filming a scene with Robert, she was paired with another actor who had just been released from prison before he was hired for the movie.
In a statement released to outlets, she says that she “was utterly stunned and felt terrified.
My distress only worsened when out of nowhere, [an actor] whispered in my ear if ‘he could stick it in’ while the cameras rolled. I said no.”
On the set of the Adam Sandler drama Uncut Gems, another woman who was age 18 at the time claimed that she met Sebastian, then married, and that he started “grooming” her on Instagram.
She recalled an incident at the apartment that Sebastian shared with Emily, saying:
“Sebastian and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking for my consent. Sebastian inserted himself inside me without using a condom.”
He reportedly also called her derogatory words and framed it as a Joe. He likewise tracked her through an app on her phone. He reportedly allegedly began sending messages on Instagram to a 15-year-old who had visited the set,
A third woman also came out with a statement. Though her statement did not include sexual misconduct, it did cover claims that he engaged in troubling behavior.
Many sources said that Sebastian’s contact with the 15-year-old girl and his romantic involvement with yet another young woman on the Uncut Gems set led to him being fired.
Sebastian is currently in a divorce and custody battle with Emily. He is also in private mediation with the Safdies, who fired him from Elara Pictures in 2022.
Emily declined to comment for the report. Sources however say “she is not surprised by the allegations.”
