Jon Bon Jovi is sharing how he feels about his son Jake Bongiovi getting engaged to Millie Bobby Brown at a young age.
Back in April, the 19-year-old Stranger Things star revealed that she and Jake, 20, are engaged after being together for nearly two years.
Now, in an interview with Andy Cohen, the 61-year-old iconic rockstar was asked if he was “worried” about his son and Millie getting engaged at such a young age. He replied:
“I don’t know if age matters.
You know, if you find the right partner and you grow together.”
The “Living On A Prayer” singer, who has been with his wife Dorothea since the two of them were in high school – stated that Jake is but “the latest” of his children to get engaged. He revealed that three of his kids are also currently engaged. Jon said:
“I think that would be my advice, really, is growing together is wise.
So, I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with and we like them all.”
Jon was also asked if he watched Stranger Things, and he sweetly replied:
“I’ve seen it of course. Millie is wonderful. Her whole family are great. Jake is very, very happy.”
