In case there was any doubt, Beyonce is making her feelings for Lizzo crystal clear.
Some fans noticed that Beyonce left Lizzo’s name out of a performance of “Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)” at one of her Renaissance Tour shows earlier this month. This omission happened after Lizzo was accused of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment in a lawsuit that was filed by several former employees.
Speculations rose that Beyonce may have been subtly throwing shade at the 35-year-old artist.
But on Monday (August 14), Beyonce squashed the speculations with an extra tribute to Lizzo.
During a show in Atlanta, Georgia, Beyonce included Lizzo’s name in the lyrics, loud and clear. Not only that, she reportedly shouted:
“I love you, Lizzo!”
A clip of the on-stage declaration of love is going viral on social media.
