Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence are over.
The 37-year-old Dancing With The Stars pro dancer and the 42-year-old actor have separated after three years of marriage.
It’s being reported that Cheryl filed for divorce last week at a courthouse in Los Angeles.
She is said to have listed their date of separation as January 7. Cheryl cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation. According to the papers, the former couple had a prenuptial agreement.
Cheryl and Matt met back in 2006 when Matt’s older brother Joey Lawrence was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars. Cheryl and Matt started dating, but would break up a year later.
In 2017, Cheryl and Matt rekindled their love affair. They tied the knot in 2019.
